CLOUD FUTURE

Privacy policy

Effective date: 26 October 2026

1. Who we are
Cloud Future provides software and corporate training through cloudfuture.in. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with enquiries, student accounts and training.

2. Information we collect
Enquiries: full name, phone number, email address, course interest, preferred Online or Offline mode, session track, work experience you choose to describe, address/city and your message.
Student accounts and learning: account details, a securely hashed password for email sign-in, booked courses, batch assignments and learning progress. If Google sign-in is offered and you choose it, we receive the account identity and basic profile information needed to sign you in; we do not receive your Google password.
Payments and support: order references, payment status, refund records and correspondence. Where online payment is available, payment information is handled by the payment provider, such as Cashfree. We do not ask you to send card PINs, CVV numbers, banking passwords or OTPs to our team.
Website operation: session cookies, enquiry-panel preferences and limited technical/security information, including server logs and information used to prevent misuse.

3. How we use information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable courses, confirm availability and training locations, manage accounts and bookings, provide learning access and support, handle payments/refunds, protect the website and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Submitting a course enquiry lets us contact you about that enquiry; it is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

4. Who may receive information
Authorised admissions staff, support staff and trainers receive information relevant to their work. Hosting, email, payment, sign-in and class-delivery providers may process information needed to provide their services. Their own privacy notices also apply to their platforms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. We seek separate permission before using an identifiable testimonial, photograph or placement story for publicity.

5. Cookies and class platforms
Essential cookies help sign-in, form security and account access work. Your browser may also store your enquiry-panel preference. Blocking these features may affect the service. External classroom or video platforms may use their own cookies and collect information under their policies. If a class is to be recorded, participants will be informed beforehand about the purpose and intended access; recordings are not permission for public marketing use.

6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry or training relationship, support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion of information that is no longer required. Some transaction/security records may need to be retained, and protected backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and requests
Contact support@cloudfuture.in to request access to or correction of your information, account deletion, withdrawal of consent or an end to optional communications. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your account. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out, and deleting information needed for an account or course may prevent us from providing that service. We will explain any information we must retain and respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Learners under 18
Self-service registration and purchases are intended for adults aged 18 or over. A parent or lawful guardian should contact us before submitting a minor's information or arranging training. If you believe a child's information was submitted without appropriate permission, contact support so we can review and address it.
